Riva Luting Plus is a resin-modified self-curing glass ionomer cement for the deposition of prosthetic works on metal frameworks, metal works veneered with porcelain, composite and ceramic (inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges). Riva Luting Plus chemically bonds to dentin, enamel and all types of core build-up materials.

Indications:

• Embedding of composite, metal or metal works veneered with porcelain (inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges)
• Embedding ceramic inlays and crowns
• Placing individual and standard crown-root posts

• Bond strength
  Optimal adhesion to the tooth tissues is extremely important from the point of view of the long-term maintenance of the prosthetic restoration. Riva Luting Plus blends perfectly with dentin and zirconium oxide, making it ideal for cementing ceramic crowns and inlays.

• High fluoride release
  Thanks to the free exchange of fluoride ions, Riva Luting Plus has a positive effect on the surrounding tooth tissues. Fluoride plays a significant role in the prevention of caries - it is involved in the formation of fluoroapatite, which is more resistant to acids than hydroxyapatite. The formation of fluoroapatite is important for the remineralization of tooth tissues.

• Insoluble
  Once cured, Riva Luting Plus is virtually insoluble. It is characterized by a very low solubility in acids, which improves its durability and increases resistance to disintegration and wear in the acidic environment of the oral cavity. According to the ISO standard, the erosion depth of the restorative material in an acidic environment should be less than 0,17mm.

• Setting time
  With Riva Luting Plus, you never waste your time. Carefully selected working time and quick setting make the procedure shorter and ensure good mechanical properties and resistance of the cement immediately after setting.

• High bending strength
  It protects the reconstruction against microcracks. Riva Luting Plus has excellent flexural strength.

• Minimum layer thickness
  Riva Luting Plus has excellent flow properties. The small thickness of the cement layer allows the installation of closely fitting prosthetic restorations.

Riva Luting is available in a universal light yellow shade.
