PERIO AID Intensive Care 0,12% mouthwash is an alcohol-free oral antiseptic containing 0,12% chlorhexidine (CHX) and 0,05% cetylpyridine chloride (CPC). Thanks to the synergy effect between CHX and CPC, it guarantees the elimination of pathogenic bacteria. This combination of active ingredients gives excellent results in the treatment of periodontitis and gingivitis around the dental implant.

PERIO AID Intensive Care 0,12% mouthwash is used both in dental offices (tooth extraction, implantation procedure) and at home therapy in the treatment of gum and periodontal diseases.

The economical solution in the form of a 5-liter capacity is aimed directly at office use. As an antiseptic, it is intended for use before or after dental and oral hygiene procedures (tooth extraction, implantation, etc.). It prevents complications after surgical procedures.

Composition:

• Chlorhexidine digluconate 0,12%
  broad and long-lasting antiseptic action against pathogenic bacteria of the oral cavity

• Cetylpyridine chloride 0,05%
  an antiseptic with high activity in the fight against plaque, supports the action of chlorhexidine

• Xylitol 1%
  remineralises enamel, has anti-caries properties
  balances the pH in the oral cavity, inhibiting the formation of biofilm (plaque)
  moisturizes the oral cavity, increases saliva flow and reduces acid production

Indications:

• for use before and after dental procedures: tooth extraction, surgery, impantation, etc.
• effectively fights plaque (biofilm)
• therapy supporting the treatment of periodontal diseases and gingivitis around the implant
• patients at high risk of caries, root caries and numerous cavities
• patients with reduced immunity and burdened with systemic diseases

Directions for use:

Rinse with 15ml for 30 seconds, before and after dental procedures (often as the beginning of periodontitis or periimplantitis treatment). Do not swallow. It is advisable not to rinse with water or eat immediately after using the liquid.
