Cutanplast is a hemostatic absorbable gelatin sponge, produced in the Italian production facility of Mascia Brunelli.

Suitable for all types of operations. Pre-soaked in sterile saline, it is applied with light pressure on the clean wound until fibrin-induced adhesion is obtained. The sponge can be left in place or removed as soon as haemostasis occurs.
