Endostar Spreader Sonic Files are tools for irrigation and disinfection of the root canal, as well as auxiliary tools for removing broken instruments from the canal. They are intended for use only with an ultrasound activation device (dental scaler).

Important notes on working with ultrasonic files:

- Endostar Spreader Sonic Files are designed to work with endochuck 120 ° or 95 ° (eg Endostar Sonic File Holder 120 ° or 95 °).

- Using Endostar Spreader Sonic Files does not widen the canal.

- It is recommended to rinse the canal with sodium hypochlorite.

- It is recommended to use ultrasound at minimum power to exclude the possibility of the instrument breaking in the canal.

- The file in the canal should be passively moved up and down (never by force) to prevent it from bending or jamming in the canal.

- Do not use an additional source of energy when using an activation device (e.g. dental scaler).

- The ultrasonic instruments are always inserted at rest, and when the working length is reached minus 1-2 mm, the device is switched on.

- The effect of ultrasound is ineffective in narrow, curved canals because contact of the tool with the canal wall inhibits the vibration process. When working in such channels, they must first be processed with hand tools up to size 20.

Recommended number of uses

Maximum 1-10 times depending on the size, provided that the visual inspection performed by the dentist before the next use shows that the instrument is not damaged by previous use, is not bent (does not apply to the dentist bending the instrument to the canal curvature), deformed, shows no signs of "fatigue" in the instrument blade. Using the instrument more times than recommended may break the blade in the canal.

Sterilization

Non-sterile products. They must be sterilized before use. The instruments can be sterilized several times in a steam autoclave at 134 ° C. Recommended sterilization time: 3 minutes at 2.1 bar overpressure. Instruments can be disinfected in mild disinfectants and washed in ultrasonic cleaners.
