Revolutionary flat-shaped files. Thanks to the reduction of the cutting surface of the instruments, the loads to which the tools are subjected are much smaller. They provide more space in the canal for the removal of dentine filings. They allow you to deposit more sodium hypochlorite in the canal during operation. The cutting properties of the tip have been very limited, thanks to which the tools willingly follow the natural course of the canal.
Recommended operating speed: 500 RPM, recommended maximum torque: 2.6 Ncm
- flat design - better cutting properties and more effective removal of dentin
- single file system
- for re-endodontic treatment and removal of gutta-percha from root canals
- sharp cutting edge
- non-cutting vertex
- higher resistance to material fatigue
- ideal for curved canals

All files from the AF series produced by the company are made of AF wire material which is subjected to heat treatment in the initial production phase.
Stainless steel files, due to the stiffness of the material, are not suitable for widening the apical part of the canal in narrow and curved canals. The nickel-titanium alloy is superior to stainless steel in terms of ductility, strength, reversible deformation, biocompatibility and corrosion resistance.
AF-Wire material is an improved nickel-titanium alloy that has excellent mechanical strength and flexibility that does not change the original position of the channel, and cutting properties.
Fanta offers three levels of flexibility that depend on the crystalline phases in the Ni-Ti alloy. Austenite to Martensite alloys: AF-L, AF-R and AF-H.
