Calcium hydroxide dressing

Application:

- dressing in the two-session method of indirect covering, aimed at remineralization of partially decalcified dentine,

- a dressing in the treatment of the dental pulp using the direct capping method, which stimulates the formation of dentin bridges,

- dressing in the method of partial and total vital amputation in order to create a new vault over the stumps of the amputated pulp,

- for indirect pulp capping as the first layer of insulating pad, protecting this tissue in the treatment of deep caries,

- earbud

- an insert with a bactericidal effect to decontaminate the canals during the treatment of irreversible inflammation and pulpal necrosis and chronic inflammation of the perianal tissues,

- temporary filling of the canal stimulating bone reconstruction during the treatment of chronic inflammation of the periapical tissues,

- temporary filling of the root canal stimulating the formation of root tips (apexification),

- temporary filling of the canal in the treatment of pathological internal resorption of hard tooth tissues, especially when accompanied by spontaneous perforation of the canal wall,

- filling the tops of the roots with the so-called biological closure of apical openings,

- permanent root canal filling after endodontic treatment of deciduous teeth,

- filling the canal in root fractures inside the alveolus.
