ViscoStat Hemostatic Agent is a hemostatic preparation equivalent to 20% iron(III) sulfate with neutral binders in a viscous, aqueous solution. Contains patented fumed silica to reduce acid activity, making it gentle on hard and soft tissue.
This hemostatic solution is intended for use in a wide variety of dental and oral surgery procedures to control superficial capillary bleeding. Such procedures include fixed prosthetics, restorative and surgical treatment, periodontal treatment, etc. ViscoStat hemostatic agent is also recommended for retrograde fillings, canine impactions, gingivectomy, and as a "fixing agent" in pulpotomy.

Tip: Prevent leakage caused by gingival fluid contamination in direct adhesive therapy. Soak the Ultrapak® cord in a hemostatic agent and isolate the tissue. Then use a strong water-air spray.
