Evolution X-Fine (3 blisters 30x30mm)
Evolution X-Fine collagen membrane – precise protection and controlled regeneration
The Evolution X-Fine membrane is a high-quality heterologous biomaterial derived from mesenchymal tissue. It was designed for predictable tissue regeneration while providing an effective protective barrier during healing.
Thanks to its compact, dense collagen fiber structure, the membrane creates a stable cover for the surgical site, limiting fluid loss and protecting against external factors. At the same time, it maintains sufficient flexibility, allowing for precise adjustment to clinical conditions.
The advanced collagen structure translates into:
- very good fit to both soft and bone tissues
- possibility of secure and stable sewing
- optimal contact with bone and periosteum
- maintaining the stability of the regenerative material and implant
The membrane is completely resorbable, eliminating the need for removal. Its dense matrix supports site protection even in the event of accidental exposure, allowing for proper healing through granulation.
Product specifications:
- material: collagen mesenchymal tissue of heterologous origin
- collagen structure: preserved natural architecture
- form: dry membrane (smooth side / micro-rough side)
- thickness: 0.2 mm
- resorption time: approx. 8 weeks
- package: 3 pieces (30 × 30 mm)
How to use:
The membrane is cut to the appropriate shape (using scissors or a sterile instrument) and then hydrated in saline until pliable. Once prepared, it is placed in the surgical site and stabilized according to clinical protocol.
In the event of partial damage or delamination, there is no need to remove the membrane – its properties allow for further, proper healing.
Clinical use:
- dental and maxillofacial surgery – securing extensive augmentations, especially in cases of risk of exposure
- implantology – stabilization of regeneration in bone defects (e.g. dihedral defects), closure of access to the sinus
- periodontology – protection of the treatment site at the risk of flap separation and support for reconstruction in gingival recessions
